Privacy policy

The short version

This tool runs entirely in your browser. The business details, client information, line items, and amounts you type into the invoice generator are never transmitted to our servers — we don't have a server that stores that data, and we can't see it.

What we store, and where

To save you from retyping the same details every time, the generator saves your business profile, recently used clients, recently used line items, and your last invoice number in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device — it is not uploaded anywhere. You can erase it at any time using the "Clear saved data" button in the tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Advertising & cookies

This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. This is separate from, and unrelated to, the invoice data you enter — advertising cookies never have access to what you type into the form.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people visit or generate an invoice), without tracking individuals across other sites or collecting the content of your invoices.
